Last Saturday we had a family check into our condo at the Summit. The Dad sent us a picture of the recliner. It had been damaged by a previous renter and we were unaware of it. On Monday we contacted Lindsey's. We were so lucky to speak with Kimberly. Kimberly texted us pictures of recliners and we did the entire transaction by phone. She was able to work us in for a Wednesday delivery and we now have a happy family in the condo. In fact the Dad texted me a picture of the new recliner, they are so happy with the quick response. This is not the first time we have used Lindsey's but it is the first time by phone. We have always been extremely pleased. Next is the sleeper sofa and yes we are going to Lindsey's Suite Deals. Thank you for helping us people like and with your customer service are hard to find.

Customer service is the Best 😊 I came in Monday 5/20/19 I was needing a recliner to sleep upright. I had shoulder surgery recently. Not only did they find the perfect one for me. They delivered it to me immediately 😊 Everyone you have to check them out foe all your furniture needs Shop Local 🏖

My husband and I lost our home and everything in it to Hurricane Michael. We were fortunate enough to find a new place just recently, but it’s pretty expensive to completely start over from scratch. So, we checked around for furniture stores that offered financing to those with less than perfect credit. One of the most highly regarded stores on the list was Lindsey’s Suite Deals Furniture, so that’s where we went. From the moment we walked through the door, it was clear that none of the reviews we’d read had been an exaggeration; we felt so welcome and at ease. Barry, a very kind salesman, immediately extended his hand, introduced himself, and said to let him know if we needed anything. We explained our situation, what items we needed immediately, and our budget. With that, Barry was on a mission to help us. He showed us some bed options in our budget, insisting we should try everything out before making a decision to make sure we were completely satisfied with our selections. Once we’d chosen a bed he introduced us to Pam, his wonderful wife and advised her which sofas might be a good fit for us. We found the perfect sofa and met back up with Barry, who gave us our discounted total, before walking us over to Theresa, the kindest, most determined financing specialist we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She wrote up our items and began working on our financing. She must have tried a dozen different ways, but due to issues verifying some with our bank information, none of her financiers were willing to approve us. So, we chose to just buy the bed and come back in a couple of weeks to buy the couch. We were so grateful that she had worked so hard for us. But Theresa was genuinely upset that she wasn’t able to extend a financing offer. We set up our delivery and left the store. We hadn’t really given it any more thought, until 2 days later, when we got a phone call from Lindsey’s. Theresa had been working on our behalf all that time! She was not taking, “No.” for an answer and she had never stopped trying. She was determined to get us approved and she finally did! We got back to the store, signed the paperwork and even added a couple of kids’ recliners. It’s so refreshing to meet people who really care about their customers. Most people would have accepted the denials and moved on to the next customer, without thinking twice. We were 100% satisfied that she had already gone above and beyond any expectations we had. She didn’t have to keep working on our application, she did it because she wanted to, because she cares about people and so does the rest of the team at Lindsey’s. We have an entire house to refurnish and we will be getting it all at Lindsey’s Suite Deals Furniture!
