This group preferred to send a bill to a Collection's Agency that was never rendered to me. They had all my information to send a bill, but I never heard from them.
Lipson Dental has terrible business practices when it comes to billing. On becoming new patients this summer we were assured our insurance was accepted. We've had several visits including routine cleanings, fillings, and a crown between my husband and have always made our payments at the end of each visit for the amount requested. My husband went in for a routine cleaning this morning and was met with an "over 90 day" hefty bill of leftover charges from all of this years previous work after our insurance claims were settled.... read more
