I did not appreciate the lack of knowledge, the intentional half truth and dishonest communication. I feel that there is no customer service, disrespect for customers and an incredible lack of organization. Every document had to be sent three times and still we were told that we have not submitted them. Because of the attitude and disrespect I received as a customer from the KB loans department, I consider buying a home from KB home as an absolute nightmare.
