Lisa is very prompt with responding and very helpful. I like that she was always so prompt in responding to my calls and emails. I wasn't too pleased with the KW lender. They kept asking for more inf.... drip by drip. As soon as I sent them what they neded, they demanded more. It got to be very frustrating.
