We worked with Michele Cervenak at Lisa Birdsong real estate and she is an angel! She helped us buy our first home and made the process much more tolerable. She was patient, knowledgable and always responsive! Her enthusiasm and positivity was encourging and contagious!! 5 stars is not enough to be honest. I cannot imagine trusting my real estate needs to anyone other than Lisa. She has helped us with the sale of 2 homes and the purchase of 1. Our most recent experience is as follows: She told us exactly what to do, what to expect, and where (dollar-wise) we could expect to list if we did or didn't take her recommendations. Leslie Owens at the Lisa Birdsong group is phenomenal! We have used her for the purchase of two different homes and the sale of one home and each time she blows us away with how amazing she is. Leslie always goes above and beyond to ensure she understands what her clients need, as well as their wants/nice to haves are.
