Dr. Gferer and her staff were professional, compassionate, friendly and extremely competent. I'm very happy with the results of my surgery and the care that I received. She is an excellent surgeon, and I feel lucky to have found such a skilled provider in my health insurance network. I would highly recommend her.
Lisa G was unfriendly. And answered her personal call in the middle of my visit and left me in the exam room with unanswered questions. Incomplete exam. She simply just took a picture of my ankle. This matter was Addressed with the supervisor Amber Best.
The doctor was nice and kind. Know what she was doing. But thre wait time was very long.
