Very positive experience. Brian Enloe was our loan officer. He was always very helpful and more than happy to spend 20 to 30 minutes on the phone explaining exactly what was happening. We were first-time home buyers, so he had to clarify quite a bit along the way. He answered the phone late into the evenings. He also helped us get homeowner's insurance.
