Wonderful, caring, and patient. She takes the time to listen. Surgery went well no complications.
Dr.Bodon took care of my pregnant daughter who was high risk. She gave my daughter direction throughout the pregnancy and at the time of delivery she eas at the hospital everyday all day. She not only delivered my new grandson but ensured my baby girl was okay during delivery. I am amazed by her and could never thank her enough for the care she has given to my daughter and our family. She deserves mote then five stars. Thank you Dr. Bodon for everything .
Well she was the best doctor iv ever had Iv had three kids and she delivered my third she was caring and conpationet and very professional she is not only all these things but a VERY VERY excellent Doctor full of knowledge and knows exactelly what she's doing she defiantly picked the right profession for her I had my baby with no hitches at all never had no pain and had a perfect baby girl my only regret was that I never had her deliver my first two I highly recommend her ??????
Its 2024 and apparently the front staff has not changed. They wouldnt even confirm if my referral had been recieved. Why would I be calling an office that my Primary did not authorize me to see. I am new to the area and this has never been an issue.
This is not a bad review of Dr Bodon but her staff is incompetent and moronic. They waited until I showed up for my appointment to tell me they couldn’t see me over an insurance issue. I offered to pay out of pocket but they refused to see me.
Called the office number 760-778-1011 and whoever answered the phone is VERY RUDE and short mannered. I'm not sure if Dr. Bodon is a good provider but I wouldn't believe so based on the initial customer service. Patient care constitute as everything from start to finish--from first phone call and first appointment to the last. Whoever answered the phone should be ashamed of herself, you work in medicine. You have a condescending tone and I'm surprised patients still want to see Dr. Bodon because of this rude a$$ receptionist... read more
