1. Dr. Lisa is obviously knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the challenges of dentistry, as well as adjusting to the variations of anatomy. She knows when to push forward and when to pull back in tough situations. She doesn’t hesitate to refer to other experts to give the patients the best possible outcome. Her medical staff is well trained and the office staff is very personable. The entire team works together, and supports each other without getting in each other’s way.

I’m disappointed with Dr Petti’s office. my insurance plan does not require a copay and today as I was checking out they asked me for a Copay. they have never required a copay for the past 10-15 years that I have been going there. When I questioned the new system they said an office management came in and they made the changes. they could not understand when I was trying to explain what they are asking for is a percentage not a copay.
