We started the loan application with a different lender. During the application process, the lender told us that we do not qualify for the loan. We needed to find a new lender ASAP. My sister used Lisa Marie service in the past and referred us to her. The loan process went very smooth, and in less than a month, we bought our house. And our mortgage is a lot less than we expected. PRMI is the best mortgage company in town. I definitely recommend “the mortgage lady” to everyone.
