We have been seeing Dr. Simons for routine visits since our son was an infant and we couldn’t be happier! She is so sweet, caring, and gentle with our son. Our visits are always thorough, positive, and reassuring. The office staff and nurses who work with her are all very nice as well!
We have recommended multiple people to Dr. Simmons. She has been our pediatrician for around 7 years and we are so glad we found her. We had a bad experience with our first pediatrician recommended by our delivery hospital. Our friends recommended Dr. Simmmons and it was night and day. The office staff is helpful and nice. The nurses are awesome. Just overall a great place.
She came to the appointment 25 mins late and then rushed through the remaining time left. She spoke extremely fast, cutting us off when we had questions and even said she had to go see other patients. This was not the experience we were looking for when taking our sick infant to the doctor.
She is sweet and does listen to any concerns but my biggest complaint is of Pediatric Associates. My children have been going to the Wellington location for the past 9 years, in the last 4-5 years it has been nothing but issues to get in to be seen. Every single time I call there is nothing available. I’m always offered an appointment in 3 days, for a sick visit! Or I’m offered a telemed visit which how is it possible to check for an ear infection over telemed?!?! There are 5 offices around me and nothing is available for 3 ... read more
