Lisa and her team did a great job in getting us qualified all the way through settlement. The only mishap was the scheduling of the VA appraisal. I wish that the lender can have a better network of VA appraisers. We had multiple issues with the VA appraiser causing delay in our closing date. I understand this does not fall totally onto the lender. Thanks!
