I didn’t feel I was being attended to well enough for me to give anything other than a 1 star review. In the beginning we told the lender what we wanted, in doing this she continuously blamed the “new” system as to why certain things were the way they were and how confusing the “new” system is. At one point she advised me I would have to get a my credit pulled a second time because of something I said initially I wanted done, before this whole process started we told the lender what we wanted but because of the “new” system ... read more
Both Lisa and Brandon were great. They both took their time walking me through the whole process. I can't say enough about them. The only word that comes to mind is fantastic.
Lisa and Brandon did a great job. I live in NJ and am not great with computers. Brandon helped me through everything. I can't say enough about Lisa. She was fantastic. Very knowledgeable.
Very poor communication among the team, we were asked for documentation multiple times which speaks of their disorganization. We weren’t given good info at the beginning of the process nor were we given good direction later in the process. This was our 3rd time building a home and working with a lender and it was BY FAR the worst experience of the three.
