I can't say enough kind words about Rose! She is caring, professional, knows us by name and unit number and is always a pleasure to talk to, every time we see her. Jim is wonderful too! They both are just the type of people everyone would desire to have working for them. Rose found us the perfect unit when we needed one. The units are clean and the whole grounds are kept in tiptop shape. Thank you both so much for everything! You are priceless! Tim and Jeanette

We've been working with Rose for about three years. She is just the best! She is concerned about our needs, represents Storage Solutions very professionally and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. You are lucky to have her, a great asset. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for Dally. I really don't think she grasps the concept of customer service and helpfulness.
