Well Worth the Drive from Winchester! The staff is amazing. My 5 year old actually gets excited about going to the dentist! Y'all are doing everything RIGHT! The drive from Winchester is well worth it! Thank you!
Great staff Thanks to Shannon (Isabella's hygenist today), she remained calm and collected for the 1st in years during her dentist appt. Shannon educated her on proper technique for brushing and flossing with braces in such a way that Isabella could understand. It was the 1st time there were no tears! Yay for Shannon!!!
Perfect visit Arrived early, seen early, all was perfect. Very efficient. Great experience!
Very professional We were given multiple treatment options, including "wait and see", which was very reassuring. We were not pressured to select a specific treatment. Dental staff was very friendly. Admin staff could be a little less aggressive regarding insurance and payments. She scared me. (And everyone else I heard her on the phone with.)
Excellent First Visit My kids first visit for a checkup here was wonderful! They both said, "I love the dentist" when we left. The hygienists were so fun, friendly and gentle with them and the dentist was very nice and thorough. They loved the fact that they got to pick out a movie when they arrived and a toy from the treasure chest on the way out. Excellent experience all around.
Staff is friendly but office wants its money Staff was great with my child, and I never had any issues in office. However before my appointments by about 30 minutes prior, the staff called and made me cancel my appt because I didn't have the balance due on my acct. they refused to take half payment of my balance. They Refused to work out a payment plan. I was told if I didn't have entire amount due my child couldn't be seen and we had to reschedule.i told them her work was time sensitive as my child had been fitted for space... read more

Thank you! Thank you for making my son so at ease. From walking into the office seeing the fish tank and playing with the trains through to the dentist's chair and letting him play with the instruments! Ms. Liz was so patient. Brushing, cleaning and dentist check up lasted less than 20 minutes. Perfect for a 3 yo.
Excellent Appointments are on schedule. Little waiting time. The staff is knowledgeable and kind.
