Thanks so much for the invitation to the event. It was amazing and we enjoyed every aspect of it. You guys did an amazing job of organizing and keeping the flow of the day on point. There were so many like businesses there, which allowed the opportunity to have the support of other professionals on the same level discussing what affects our businesses. Mary Waldman-Seay The Tides Inn I loved the format - great topic. Sandra was fun to listen to and she did a great job of keeping the audience engaged and participating. Came away with some workable solutions to dealing with difficult people and also some great ideas to implement (and share with others). Vendor showcase was small enough to allow me to be introduced to a few vendors that I was unfamiliar with and a couple whose products I my add to our spa next season. It was a very worthwhile event. The speaker was excellent and engaging. Her book will be highly valued at our spa. It was great being introduced to new products and ideas. The networking with other spa leaders was treasured. It is good to know we are not alone in our challenges and triumphs. I look forward to future events!
Venue-lovely! Speaker- fun, informative, relevant Lunch- :( I had popcorn since it was the only gluten free option. I made an inquiry about gluten free earlier and was not greeted with a very pleasant response. I understand if the food had already been purchased- just tell me nicely. :) Vendors- high quality! Wine- thumbs up!! Overall a lovely experience- thank you!
I really thought this was a great event! Live Love Spa staff was so pleasant to work with, the vendors were light hearted and very informative. I loved that we all (vendors and managers alike) sat in together to listen to Sandra's motivating seminar. It was refreshing to feel like a solid team in the industry and not only competition. The event was inspiring in many ways. Sandra was absolutely wonderful and I look forward to getting together again in the future. Thank you, Melissa
