I truly appreciate the time spent informing customers like myself of each specimens needs, characteristics, best tank mates, etc. so I can make informed decisions purchasing online just like I would talking to someone in the store.
Check out made too difficult. Couldn’t just use my credit card without signing in to some link. Had to use pay pal which I never use. Had to type in a security code 4 times before it finally completed. Too much. Way too many items out of stock. Everything I wanted actually was out of stock. I would have spent a lot more… we have been ordering from you for years. Always our go to!
