Good: - excellent, extensive selection; probably the best selection of any online store. - Good description of the different itemsAreas for improvement- poor communication; I have several unanswered emails, phone calls and text messages- There should be a way to let customer know if an order is out of stock - this is pretty frustrating to place an order, wait for it - then it does not arrive
LiveAquaria is a bit expensive BUT they have amazing items, true to description and excellent quality. Arrives well packaged. I recommend this site 100%
