The fish guarantees is great as without it I would not order online and when I have had an issue it was easy to returns. If this was different I would feel different. It allows me to feel confident of ordering fish online. Without it I would go to a local store. My biggest challenge is the additional fees that are included and the minimum purchase cost for lower shipping.
Other than the Box cost for the shipping, everything was fair & good enough.

I’ve been looking everywhere for oranda goldfish. The selection is fantastic, I just wish they had more ranchus in stock so I could mix them with the orandas. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and I’m excited to meet the fish when they arrive!
