I have been waiting to restock frozen food purchase for a discount. Took advantage today of a 20% promo code, but found that the base price was approx. 20% higher than my last order 6 months ago, so feels like no longer a value, or the promo is a bait and switch. Jack the price, to discount it to normal price. Not saying that's what's happening, but feels like it.

I've researched buying live fish online extensively & there are a few criterias that I'm looking for, 1 cost of the whole order, 2nd is customer service when I call I can tell right away whether or not I would feel comfortable to do business with them, 3rd information on each product live & non live especially a picture of the live product. I also choice this business because of the reviews & ratings.
