Availability of products is nice. Shipping is via FedEx and they continue to be terrible. They delivered and didn’t ring door bell so my future inhabitants sat outdoors for about 40 minutes. Additionally, based on their past performance, they may be responsible for the poor health of my shipment. The crowns of my feather dusters we detached; they were probably dead I don’t know. Literally the best stuff on teh interwebs!
I'm so excited to be ordering more fish from LiveAquaria. My first order came late because of a shortage of delivery drivers and the box was damaged on the outside and was wet from a bag that was double bagged but somehow got a big whole through both bags and the fish was out of the bag and dead. I ordered 5 fish. Another one was also dead on arrival. Delivery dates were wrong as items said would ship together. Did not. No follow up for items shipping at different dates/times. Emailed only for first delivery. Second item arrived days afterward. Product delivery good overall. Ordering from them again. See if delivery gets messed up for the second time. Poor Communication.
