Most arrived in good condition. Foxface lo came almost dead and ended up dying right away. Customer service told me I would be credited for purchase and to just put it in the notes. I made a purchase the next day and put it in the notes, but my card was still charged. I emailed customer service about it yesterday and have not recieved a response yet. Delivery was fast but very expensive compared to other places and fish were smaller for the price paid. The flame angel is doing very well though.

I love my fish . The fish came you could tell they where healthy and my lil killies are wild !! And eat all the time . They zip everywhere. I'm waiting for my text or whatever is coming to let me know about the other fish I want.
They have a great selection of frozen fish food and it arrives the next day. Better pricing than big box stores!

I received the live products on time. The web site was easily navigated. It could be more obvious if the plants will be eaten by fish. The info was there but I would like to see it in bold right under the name of the plant. Your question below about positive or negative - I would just call this a suggestion.
