I received a glass aquarium top that was damaged in shipping. I called customer support and was told to email damage photos to customer service to which I got an almost immediate response late on a Friday afternoon. A new shipment was sent out the next business morning and arrived undamaged. Absolute first rate customer service and the produce was excellent quality and a perfect fit for my aquarium.
