I feel like shopping on here is very easy, tabs are very easy to find. They don’t carry everything that I would like for freshwater fish but they do have a lot of good options and sell well made parts for an aquarium. They fish I have bought previously always came in good condition and live for a long time. Live Aquaria has free shipping offer where their competitor doesn't so I purchased from LA
My purchase was fairly straightforward, however some of the fish ordered were DOA. I am curious to know what percentage of fish arrived DOA. This would determine whether or not i would order from LiveAquaria again.

My main issue is with the Live arrival guarantee. I wish the money was visible in my account info and I think it’s unfair I have order again and pay another box fee. Also my last order only part of the order shipped, I should be offered a refund or to substitute another fish.
After ordering from LiveAquaria dozens of times I’ve always received my animals on time, and in perfect health.
My order came in on time and all Fish were alive and healthy as promised, I would recommend this service so long as this keeps up and as first impressions go I see no reason it wouldn’t so I do recommend you to buy fish and fish related products from here
I love you guys! My last order I bought some chaeto algae that came with a full grown nuisance anemone. You guys told me to rinse it out but I decided to trash the whole chaeto because I have a nano reef tank and can’t risk contamination. I’d appreciate some kind of reimbursement or coupon or something the next time that happens.
Experience was just fine. Shipping charges seemed very high. The only thing I'd like to be able to do is schedule the delivery. I am going to be out of town for a couple of days, so I had to wait to place my order. I couldn't order and tell them to ship next week.
