Love the site... hate that it goes down constantly... especially when divers den comes out.
A better upfront estimate for the shipping date would be nice. A delayed ship date would be nice so I can plan to be home the entire day to wait for the shipment.
There is a great selection of fish to choose from at reasonable prices.

Many of the products are out of stock, maybe this is just because I'm ordering out of season I don't know. Other than that I'm quite satisfied and will order from in the future.
