RecommendedOur pool liner ripped over the winter, our awesome pool man John was over 1 day and the next our liner was in and set! My in ground pool light was no longer working after several seasons of use. Everyone I spoke with at LPS Baldwinsville was eager to help point me in the right direction when I tried to do a little DIY troubleshooting. I now have a functioning pool light complete with colorful light show! Reached out to unground service manager, John Cassen, regarding a liner issue we noticed. Not only did he respond immediately, he sent a crew out that day. Miguel arrived in a few hours and fixed the problem in no time! Excellent service, we appreciate it!
they are just a great company with a great crew. They put in our new above ground pool did a absolutely beautiful job. I will never go to another pool place we have been with them 17yrs and it's just a great company and employee.
