Seated at a four top in the middle of a room near the entrance of the restaurant. Between the interrogation light above our table, the breeze from the front door opening and the constant traffic around us, the ambiance was somewhat lacking. Our waiter was very kind but couldn’t open our bottle of wine. Livery is consistently our favorite restaurant in the Indianapolis area. Tonight was no exception. The food was all delicious, staff was attentive, windows were open for a refreshing breeze. When it became cool, staff was cognizant enough to shut windows. Restaurant gave us a free birthday dessert. That was a special treat and delicious!

Shawn was the absolute best. He went above and beyond to make my mother’s birthday special. She felt the restaurant lived up the hype and thoroughly enjoyed her time there. I was really surprised by the kind birthday card from the staff. I was not expecting that level of care to making the day special. The skirt steak was incredible and smooth.
