We love the Livery but a few things on this visit were less than satisfactory. We ordered 1 drink from the bar, at the same time we ordered an appetizer and it arrived after we were finished with the app - it took over 15 minutes to get the drink. We asked to sit at either the patio or an open window - the table was at a window but the ambiance was less than stellar - literally right outside was stone, the gas meter and other utility boxes.
