Typically, Livery is one of our top places that we like to visit. The food is always very good. However, there is a noticeable change in staffing that impacts the entire experience. They are short staffed and our waitress seemed to be overworked. She was noticeably exhausted and I applaud her for doing her best to put on a good face for the customer service.
