I wasn't sure how our experience would be initially. There were two hostesses who greeted us. One being less than friendly when we asked if there were tables available downstairs. It was just a question...which seemed to really irritate her. She said we could take the elevator instead of the stairs (we were fully capable of climbing stairs).
