The empanadas never disappoint. They come in trips and I love to get them as an app. The canelones was incredible. I asked for hot sauce, the waitress asked how spicy... I said very. It did not disappoint. The desserts were amazing. The ambiance on the roof perfect. We went at dusk and the bulb string lights emitted a perfect glow.
This was our second time to Livery. Our first experience was amazing. The second experience left us leaving a bit disappointed. While the service was excellent and the drinks great, our food was just a little off this time. It just didn't have the same explosion of flavor and quality as the time before. We will definitely give it another shot as we know with any business you can have an off day.
I have been to Livery a few times. It has not disappointed me yet. The starters are always great, and this most recent visit was the first time I ordered anything else. The service friendly and prompt. Our server made great recommendations on what to order. The food is delicious. It is a high end twist on Mexican classics. I highly recommend Livery for dinner with your spouse or a some friends.
The rooftop patio is perfect for those dreamy summer evenings; the Livery margarita is superb, the food is amazing, and we will definitely return again for another special night!
