My wife & I dined on a Devour DT Monday night, still kinda busy but immediate seating. We sat in a booth on the bar side w good view of sports tv's. Really enjoyed the imaginative menu & food was quite good. Enjoyed a pineapple cider. Service a little strange but not off-putting (inexperience I think).
Everything for this place deserves 5 stars, except that there were lines for the bathroom. It was a busy Saturday night but still, the wait for a single toilet bathroom can be uncomfortable (found a unisex bathroom by the upstairs bar later). Polenta app was amazing and skirt steak was even better. One of my friends had the lamb tamale on the Devour menu - it should be on the full menu. And the service was excellent.
