This company sales manager name James is very not responsible not friendly. I called few time just to get a reasonable quote and not the standard price when the first sales give us. I request a sales that can speak my language so my parents will understand better between which system is best for us. James said he will see what he can do and never get back to me. I called and they hung up on me…therefore I think this company just want BIG MONEY AND DONT CARE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've seen advertisements of Ecowater company whenever I went to Costco. I finally decided to have the system installed. Mr David Chan was extremely helpful and friendly. He did all the testings to show us the difference between hard water and soft water. He went above and beyond to explain to us the benefits of having soft water and the perks of going with Ecowater. He is exceptional, professional and patient. Thank you.

My Ecowater water softener required a repair. A pleasant phone call with Living Ecowater got me an appointment which was about a week out. The wait was worth it! Cameron came earlier than expected after phoning ahead to make sure it would be okay. He quickly figured out what was wrong with the system (resin needed replacing) and was able to get me up and running in less than 2 hours. Happy to get off on the right foot with the new service company for my EcoWater equipment.
