Great work by Pete. He had a faucet to install with a defective part. Went to JC Plumbing and was able to get a part to make the installation work after reaching out to Grohe technical support and being told the replacement part would not be available until April.

The work that was performed was excellent. The technician was very professional. My problem was not with the work done, but rather with the pricing. To clear two drains (a sink and a shower) took no more than 15 minutes each, maximum, & I was charged the ridiculous amount of $271. Your pricing is outrageous . . . it should be based on time & materials, NOT n $'s per activity type. Loved the service, not the cost. Not sure if I will be back!
Ritchie did a fine job analyzing and hydrojetting my yard drains. Unfortunately all the mud was washed in front of 5 neighbor houses. I think it was Ritchie’s responsibility to clean this muddy mess. But he was gone and it took me awhile to clean it with broom and long hose. Bruce Middleton
The Technician (Nick) assessed the problems of a water leak related to a dishwasher and a leaking bathroom sink; clearly explained the probable cause and provided necessary repairs. All work was done in a very neat and clean manner. We have always had excellent service from Lloyd's, including the telephone response to our initial call for service.
