John came out same day as called to fix a main line blockage. He was extremely nice, professional, and proficient. He took the time to answer all of my questions (many of them unrelated to the problem issue), and explained how to avoid future issues. Needless to say John did an excellent job, but he also had great customer service. In fact everyone I’ve dealt with at Lloyd’s was very nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a Sunday emergency with an irrigation pipe under pressure absolutely flooding my backyard. Called Lloyd's, who we have been using for years, and their on-call plumber Kevin quickly returned my call and was at my house in an about an hour or so. The fix was challenging and Kevin provided several options to try to provide a cost efficient solution. Kevin was extremely professional, creative and skilled and the issue was successfully resolved. We are very pleased and would recommend them highly.
