I am writing this on behalf of my mother.. Sergio was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything that he was doing to fix the water heater. After replacing the gas control valve, that another plumber had recommend we replace. The burner assembly was not working. Sergio pulled the burner assembly and found a foreign substance on the burner where the pilot ignitor lights it. He cleaned that substance off and put it back and relit. You guys really helped us out. He had a leak that was just on our side of the city water meter. Sergio was on time and was able to get the leak repaired right after the city workers got the meter lowered to fit the new water meter vault.
