Prompt, courteous and excellent service marred only by the excessive cost. In this day and age it is easy to find the cost of parts and therefore it highlights the very high hourly charges for work carried out. In this instance I had not the time to get other quotes for the work, but if I had of, I would have certainly done that. A full breakdown of charges on the invoice (including parts, labor charge, call out fee, etc) would have been appreciated. I repeat that the service was excellent and prompt, just very expensive.
