Initially talked with Tiffany, in the Simi Valley office, and found her to be warmly concerned and promised follow up with Thomas. Thomas came to my home with Rudy, both professional and very knowledgeable and defined the problem and its solution, very approachable and able to fix my plumbing problem that day. I can't imagine any other company able to meet a community's needs with greater expertise or friendly manner. Thank you very much!

Brandon, the tech, who came to our house was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He worked like a dog, all day in the hot garage replacing our very large hot water tank, all by himself. He was supposed to have help that didn’t materialize. But every time we went out to see how he was doing, he had a smile in his face and answered all our questions. I would recommend Lloyds plumbing.
