John was the most knowledgeable plumber! He figured out the cause of water filling up the water heater pan! Previous plumber didn't and wanted to install a new water heater. We are very happy with John and your company for your emergency service...and, most of all, your integrity!

I had a leak, called the office, next morning two workers showed up, very friendly and cooperative. Since we have to open the ceiling, it will take a little longer to be fixed, but I can only recommend the company(Lloyd) I was impressed!!

Did good job , however now I have been waiting for a o ring for about three weeks I have called several times no response o need forms filled out and signed for rebate this is the reason I put in the hot water heater in first place . I do not like that I have to hound people for a call back . Otherwise did excellent job .
