Jesse was very professional and offered me several options. He was able to remove the whole flushing unit from my Toto toilet. Hi did think that $500 for a new unit was a little expensive It was better than a complete new toilet.

I called in with a water heater issue mid morning and Thomas was out within the hour to check it out. He gave me options to replace the unit and had his team out that afternoon with a new unit. They finished installing that same day. Excellent service. Technicians are great!!! We have used Lloyds in the past and will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs!! 5 Stars!!
