I enjoyed each encounter we had at LOA! We would go to the Leola and Lancaster office. The customer service at both locations is top notch! I appreciate that it is more of a family feel instead of a business or company. My son was always taken back in a timely manner and we never felt rushed. Great office and friendly staff. You feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. The staff is very knowledgeable. They sat down with us and went over all our questions and concerns. Dr. Lamechane was amazing! My daughter has texture issues and he was willing to listen and tailor a treatment plan that would work for her. I would highly recommend LOA.
