Our server was really nice and I don’t enjoy giving a poor review. Firstly we paid for an “experience” supposedly ice cold bottle of prosecco for Mother’s day. The wine was at the table but it was not cold. The restaurant was packed so we ordered quickly, cocktails were completely forgotten. The appetizers took more than 45 min. The mains another 45 min (an hour and a half from when the order was given). They were not well prepared. Everything was inconsistent. We tried for another glass of wine. Been here a few times but this time the service was super slowwwwwww up until our server changed which unfortunately was the last few minutes of our stay ! From when we got seated until when the server showed up was at least 15 mins we had to keep looking around and finally asked someone ! And again for ordering again we had to keep looking and finding our server ! Some of our friends came later and it took so long that we decided not to order here and go to another bar ! The service was very poor. We ordered four appetizers, but only three arrived initially. The fourth one came about 30 minutes later, and only after we reminded the server three times. We also had to constantly look for our server just to get drinks. The nachos were cold by the time they arrived, and the cheese had become completely hard. The beans and meat were also cold. On top of that, the music was so loud that we had to shout at each other just to have a conversation.
