I came in to watch the UFC fight night and had a great time! Love how attentive and friendly the staff was, and they made sure we were taken care of. Can't wait to go back - I'd definitely bring friends and family here for a good drink, generous portioned dinner, and a laided back night out!

This is by far one of my most favorite places in Seattle. Food is ALWAYS good, the bartenders and servers are incredibly welcoming and personable and the vibes are always great. I've been coming here for years and love it more every time I come in!

My son and I stopped in before a concert at the Paramount around 5pm on a a Wednesday. It's definitely a tech bro unwind spot but that's ok. We got the tempura shrimp which was tasty and two local burgers. Also tasty. The down side was the service was crappy. She asked if we wanted the appetizer to come with the mains (clearly what she wanted to happen) and we asked them to come as an appetizer. They came exactly 60 seconds before the burgers. I have only been to the Local a couple times. The last time was around 11-12 on Thursday. It was surprisingly but pleasantly busy, as opposed to crazy busy. The service was prompt and friendly, and a big shout out to them for docking a plate that a friend didn't enjoy and allowing him to get something else, I think on the house but I'm not quite sure.
