RecommendedI brought in a very old pump lid and basket, plus equally old chlorinator lid ten minutes before closing. Nicole graciously told me no problem and proceeded to carefully research what part number the unmarked pump lid was. I was filled with joy to leave with two new lids, thank-you very, very much!
I walked in… I was respectful, but I told the young man behind the counter “I kinda need an expert” THAT is what I got!! Mr Locey spent nearly an hour with me answering all my “dumb” questions, without marking me feel dumb. Walked out with a $20 bottle of magic and A LOT of info. Thank you!! Below is before and after!

I'm very frustrated with the lack of customer service and this is not the first time. I had trouble a couple years ago, and now, once again. Recently, I called about an issue and had to leave a message with an employee, who promised a call-back, and a week later, I hadn't heard a thing. I went TO the store instead, and once again was told someone will have to call me back. Almost another week has gone by, and still NOT A WORD. It's extremely frustrating and very poor customer service.
Do not purchase anything online unless you are 100% sure you will not need to return the item. I can’t find a return policy on the website, so I reached out and got no response. I sent a message on Facebook and 2 emails and did not even receive a response. It’s fine if they don’t accept returns but at least give me the courtesy of replying to my inquiries. Terrible customer service.
