The price of the unit was awesome for the size of the unit. Management was Exceptional. The facility was very clean. Management was exceptional, very friendly, helpful and even gave me a call to let me know that the lock on my unit was put on incorrectly. Very nice of them to check the units n call the customers if things aren’t right. I really appreciate the call.

I had my stuff stored over at the Life Storage on Pat Booker and since I was VERY dissatisfied with their policies and customer service I decided to move to another storage unit. I was happily surprised that the Lockaway storage facility on Crestway Dr is climate controlled and it is much less expensive than storing my things outside at Life Storage. I also decided to move because my check arrived at Life Storage on December 6th (yes it should have arrived by Dec 5th), and I was locked out of my storage unit on Dec 6th unt... read more
