Good place but terrible office manager The place is nice, maintenance team of 2 is probably too small for as big a place as it is, but they are friendly and get things done in a timely manor. Never had any issues with them, the problem is the office manager. She lost our paperwork, and blamed us. She is rude and unprofessional. She gossips everyone's business to everyone. I have not heard a single person that lives here say anything nice about her. She is terrible.
This could easily be my "forever" home. LOVE IT HERE! I am more than a little confused by all of the negative ratings that the Lofts at Helmetta has received. I moved in on Feb. 1st, 2019 and cannot say enough positive, wonderful things about my experience here thus far. The building (lobby, hallways, common areas etc.) and grounds are kept impeccably. Beautiful, Inside and Out Outside amenities: -Heated pool -Lake/pier -Playground across the street -Tennis and basketball courts Indoor amenities: -Gym -Free wifi in the main lobby -Uhm have you seen the pictures?! They should speak for themselves.
