We have been nothing but frustrated living at London House Apartments since March of 2018. The first issue that we ran into was that we were given the bait and switch regarding our apartment. The apartment we ended up with did not resemble the model one bit to the point that we do not have a closet in our master room. That was a minor issue that we were easily able to adapt to. Does anyone even work here? I have left 6 voicemails and emailed 4 times about charges on our account and no one is answering. I also still haven't received my security deposit back even though I've been moved out for over a month.

This apartment complex is comsumed with mold. If you on socail security get ready for constent late fees when you payed on time due to courtney their peoperty manager. If you realize your dieing from mold and they denie it dont talk to your nieghbors or they will evict you for things like your pets. The entire reason you moved to this apartment complex. This people are monsters who do not care about your health or your family. For the safety of your family do not move here. You will regret it
Ashamed of these apartments! Trash outside everywhere. Stinky, dirty hallways. Loud residents with 0 respect. Outdated & old looking. Roaches. This place has gone way down hill over the past few years. It really is a shame. I can't even invite guest over its that bad. I can't wait until June.
Management is not good and take their time on taking care of issues. The new property manger was one of the rudest people I have ever met with. She was was using her phone (texting) in the middle of us discussing a issue (rodents) that has been going on for months. We are good renters, out rent is always paid on time. I guess that means nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We are out of here when the lease is up.
