My experience was good. The equipment worked as expected. A bit of a wait but that was due to issues beyond the service department’s control.
Very pleased with Londonderry Dodge, the Service Department is very thorough & professional.
The purchase process of the vehicle was awesome, however the Jeep had some serious issues in the first couple of days and ended up in the service department for 3 weeks. The dealership, Londonderry Dodge was very good at taking care of us and made sure the process was as painless as possible and we appreciated the whole thing. We would recommend Londonderry and all of the staff if you're looking to purchase a new vehicle.

The customer service so amazing. They took the time to explain everything to me and never once did I feel talked down too because iam a women. Their workmanship on my car was also amazing, can’t even tell there was a dent anymore.
Staff were polite and friendly, Helpful and efficient in the process of getting the job done, Also getting us an Uber to take us where we needed to go and get us back when our vehicle was ready . Definitely recommend

Ry, my salesman was very polite, respectful, personable and professional.He was always available through the 2 week process of bartering and finalizing the trade in of my truck for a new one. I walked out knowing I had been treated fairly and had the best experience out of all my vehicle purchases to date. Would recommend Londondery dodge to a friend or family member.
