Diagnosed the problem with my vehicle and though it was fixed provided me with detailed info when the fix will take place.

I arrived and was met by a very courteous employee. My vehicle was taken in immediately and the tires were changed and I was back on the road in less than an hour with a quick reminder to be sure to bring it back in in 100km to have the tires retorqued.
