Great except my ride to work was not available even though I told them when I made the appointment that I would need the shuttle and at what time. I saw it pulling away as I got there. I left plenty of time to get to work knowing there would be a shuttle.They called me a taxi and the taxi took forever (1/2 hour+but not the dealership's fault) to get there so I was late for work. Raelene is a very friendly , was easy to talk to . She told me what they will do and the charges For that problem . She contacted me every step that was taken . Arranged a rental vehicle once the diagnoses was done. Kept me informed all the way thru . I’m super happy that my extended warranty was able to except the charges. I don’t know what I would have done if they didn’t.
